Who is this guide for?
Workflows depend on being setup for the Work type of the selected matter. A workflow is made up of tasks to complete a case from start to finish, within each task can be a variety of automated actions, for example, the running of document templates, diarising key dates, and filling in questionnaires.
Within the Case Management menu select Workflows
If a workflow hasn’t been loaded automatically, select Load Workflow
There may be more than one workflow available.
The workflow may be previewed before it’s loaded
Once correct workflow has been found click Load to add the workflow to the matter
Returning to the previous screen you will see the full list of tasks of the selected workflow.
Each Task will have icons on the right hand side, the first icon is show/hide, it displays the actions within the task that will be run, they may be unticked should the actions not be needed. The next icon will run the workflow task. You may also see a delete icon which will remove the task from the matter.
When the task is run you can step through the actions by clicking Next
When the last action has been run click End Task & Return
Returning to the previous screen you will see the task is now green and stamped with the date it was run.
A run task may be undone by clicking the undo icon.
Items created and information saved when the task is run will not be removed.
You may remove workflows entirely if none of the tasks have been run.
Click Remove All, tick the workflow(s) to be removed and click Remove Selected
Click OK to confirm
