Add/Edit an Organisation using the Case Management App

You can store the phone and address details for the professional firms. This guide will go through adding and subsequently editing organisations on Osprey.

Step 1


Open the Osprey Approach Case Management app and click ‘Organisations’.

Step 2


Click the ‘Add’ button.

Step 3


Enter the organisation details and click save

Step 4


To edit an organisation, click ‘Organisations’, then left click the organisation that you wish to edit. Remember if you make any changes, to click ‘Save’.
